I have added a Form Fillable PDF!
if you cannot edit it, it is because it will need to be opened in a program that can edit pdfs. google drive is the most accessible form if you have no other way. hopefully it works quite seamlessly, but if not please let me know!
(Pro tip: the AC box has two fields. the smaller of the two is for your +1 shield bonus!)
